[Time Sensitive] THS Update / 4.6.26

THS Owners:
We hope everyone had a nice holiday weekend. We have quite a bit of activity happening this week onsite and we wanted to give you and any guests or renters you have a heads up. You do not need to be present as any needed access will be handled by us or our designates.
Drain Scoping – Individuals started this morning scoping our drain lines with special cameras. When they get to your unit they will knock on your door and ask that you not flush for about 20 minutes while they access your carport drain access points.
Painters – Are onsite and will knock on your door to handle caulking/painting around the lanai lights and handle any other items on our remaining punch list (i.e. planned touch ups, missed lanai edges). If you have already handled painting around your lanai lights and do not have any painting items on the punch list your unit will be omitted.
Doors – We will soon be doing the backordered items… front door wedges, lip sills, and slider plugs. They will also be checking fixed front door latches so that they will work more easily.
Screen Items – We have a couple of small items that required attention and were started on Friday. We expect them to be finished today.
Punch List – After the above we will be down to a few items. Those will be grouped and addressed soon.
Electrical – We have a couple of remaining items to do on the outside and in the pool area, and expect that to happen today as well. We are pleased to report that our photocell issues with our outside lights including our sign lighting were resolved last Friday.
Topographical Land Survey – Just a heads up. As previously mentioned, a surveyor will be conducting a topographical survey of THS on 4/9-10. This is needed to properly discuss any future water mitigation.
Other – Some of you have asked about why the City keeps working by our main Collier sign. They made their last visit today to change out our recycled water meter. It took much longer than anticipated since they had to retrofit all the connections on the new meter. All should be good as of mid-morning today.
